DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped if you are ordering locally or domestically using standard shipping. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you after your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders for delivery through local post can take up to 12 business days after processing and are dispatched internationally in less than two weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Once orders are left in the care of our shipping carrier, we are not responsible for the packages. The customer and the shipping carrier now share this responsibility. Please contact your local USPS customer service provider if you have any complaints or problems with the delivery of your package.

When placing an order, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and, if necessary, includes the correct apartment number. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages.

You are financially responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with your order if it is returned to our facility for any reason.

2. Drops, Products & Availability

Our products are released in limited drops and quantities are limited. Products are available while supplies last, and an item being in your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete. We do our best to show product colors, sizing, and details accurately, but we can’t guarantee your screen displays colors exactly. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s checkout; we never store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, even after your order has been confirmed. If your payment has been charged, we will refund it.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
