Please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped if you are ordering locally or domestically using standard shipping. A CONFORMATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER YOU ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders for delivery through local post can take up to 12 business days after processing and are dispatched internationally in less than two weeks. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFORMATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED.

ONCE THEY ARE LEFT IN THE CARE OF OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES. The customer and the shipping carrier now share this responsibility. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE.

When placing an order, we ask that you double-check that your shipping address is accurate and, if necessary, includes the correct apartment number. For any lost or stolen packages, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE.
